FAQ - wacholz farms - Grass-fed meats

Step 1:  Place order- whole, half, quarter beef/ whole or half hog.

Step 2:  We arrange butchering date with local custom processor and we deliver your animal to the butcher shop.

Step 3:  The owner (you) of the animal will contact the butcher/processor to give cutting instructions for the beef or pork. (We will provide you with phone number)

Step 4:  When the meat is ready, you pick it up from the butcher/processor and pay the butcher for the processing.

Step 5:  Payment for the animal can be paid directly to us in person or by mail.

You have the choice to visit our farm to see how things are done and to choose your animal prior to custom butchering. Contact Cazzi at cwacholz@wacholzfarm.com or call 303-912-1499. (If you don’t want to choose your animal, We can do that for you if you prefer)
