We select for genetics that will provide marbled meat, enough fat, and tenderness to please the taste.

Our hogs are farrowed in huts on pasture or in stalls.

Given pasture to harvest and exercise.

Given deep bedding when it is cold out during the winter.

Focus is on low stress.

Fed pasture and vegetarian grain diet.

Primary breeds:
o Currently we have Berkshire, Red Wattle, Duroc.
o We will be adding Old Lines of Chester White, Tamworth and Herford this year.
